NESA will award FOUR separate $5,000 Scholarships to undergraduates for the Fall 2010 / Spring 2011 Semesters with checks to be made payable jointly to the recepient and his/her college and paid out over two semesters.  The official Application for Scholarship will be available online beginning January 1, 2010.  Application deadline is May 3, 2010 at Midnight.  

Application is to be completed by the applicant and should contain a short biographical essay, one reference from someone other than a family member and official college transcript.  Incomplete application packages will not be considered.

Application includes four pages: Program Details with Eligibility Requirements, Application Requirements with timelines for submission, Application Form and Reference Form.

How Scholarship Applications are Judged & Selected - Applications are judged by a panel of industry leaders and are awarded on a competitive basis.  Judges will score applications on the following criteria: presentation (spelling, punctuation and grammar), essay content and GPA.
